Weblegend Ltd. (hereinafter: Weblegend Ltd., service provider, data controller, Company), as data controller, acknowledges the content of this legal notice as binding upon itself.
It undertakes to ensure that all data processing related to its activities complies with the requirements set out in this policy and applicable laws.

Weblegend Ltd. is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers and partners, and considers it particularly important to respect its customers' right to informational self-determination. The Data Controller handles personal data confidentially and takes all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.

Weblegend Ltd. describes its data processing principles below, presents the expectations it has set for itself as a data controller, and adheres to them. Its data processing principles are in accordance with applicable data protection laws, particularly the following:

  • Act CXII of 2011 – on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information;
  • Act V of 2013 – on the Civil Code (Civil Code);
  • Act C of 2000 – on accounting (Accounting Act);
  • Act XLVIII of 2008 – on the basic conditions and certain restrictions of economic advertising activities (Advertising Act);
  • Act CVIII of 2001 (E-commerce Act) – on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society;
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (27 April 2016) – on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: "GDPR")

2. Definitions

  • data subject: any natural person who is identified or – directly or indirectly – identifiable based on personal data;
  • personal data: data relating to the data subject – particularly the data subject's name, identifier, and one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity –, as well as conclusions drawn therefrom relating to the data subject;
  • consent: the voluntary and explicit expression of the data subject's will, based on adequate information, with which they give their unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data concerning them – whether comprehensive or relating to specific operations;
  • data controller: the natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, who or which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes of data processing, makes and implements decisions concerning data processing (including the tools used), or has them implemented by a data processor;
  • data processing: any operation or set of operations performed on data, regardless of the procedure applied, including collection, recording, organization, storage, alteration, use, query, transfer, disclosure, coordination or interconnection, blocking, deletion and destruction, as well as preventing further use of data, taking photographs, sound or video recordings, and recording physical characteristics suitable for personal identification (e.g., fingerprint or palm print, DNA sample, iris image);
  • data transfer: making data accessible to a specified third party;
  • public disclosure: making data accessible to anyone;
  • data deletion: making data unrecognizable in such a way that their recovery is no longer possible;
  • data processing: performing technical tasks related to data processing operations, regardless of the method and tools applied for the execution of operations, and the location of application, provided that the technical task is performed on data;
  • data processor: the natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, who or which processes data under contract – including contracts concluded based on legal provisions.

4. Scope of Personal Data, Purpose, Legal Basis and Duration of Data Processing

We draw the attention of data providers to Weblegend Ltd. that if they do not provide their own personal data, it is the data provider's obligation to obtain the data subject's consent. We provide the following information regarding our individual data processing activities.

4.1. Inquiry through the website – http://trucksarrival.com.

Purpose of data processing:

To facilitate communication between the data subject and our Company and to promote closer and more efficient cooperation.

Legal basis for data processing: voluntary consent of the data subject – GDPR Article 6(1)(a)

Scope of personal data processed: inquirer's name; e-mail address; phone number, and other information provided by the data subject

Duration of data processing: until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of data processing is achieved

Recipients of personal data: The data controller does not transfer the known data to third parties except for the data processor(s) specified in point 8. Only the Data Controller's employees and designated colleagues of the data processor(s) may access the recorded data.

Recipients of personal data: The data controller does not transfer the known data to third parties except for the data processor(s) specified in point 8. Only the Data Controller's employees and designated colleagues of the data processor(s) may access the recorded data.

  • personal data processing (transfer) is necessary solely for the enforcement of the Data Controller's or data recipient's rights or legitimate interests, except in cases of mandatory data processing;
  • personal data is used or transferred for direct marketing, public opinion research or scientific research purposes;
  • the law otherwise allows the exercise of the right to object.
  • The data subject may also object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes under Article 21(3) of EU Regulation 2016/679, in which case personal data may no longer be processed for this purpose.

    If personal data is processed for scientific and historical research purposes or statistical purposes, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them for reasons related to their particular situation, except when data processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

    The Data Controller – with simultaneous suspension of data processing – examines the objection within the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but no later than 30 days, and informs the applicant in writing of its result. If the applicant's objection is well-founded, the Data Controller terminates data processing – including further data collection and data transfer – and blocks the data, and notifies all those to whom it previously transferred the personal data affected by the objection, and who are obliged to take action to enforce the right to object.

    If the data subject disagrees with the Data Controller's decision, or the Data Controller fails to meet the specified deadline, they are entitled to turn to court – within 30 days of its communication.
    The data subject has the right to object to automated decision-making.
    Judicial enforcement: The data subject may turn to court in case of violation of their rights. The court handles the case out of turn. The Data Controller is obliged to prove that data processing complies with the provisions of the law.
